Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a skilled local contract nurse RN for a Med Surg / Telemetry position in Alabaster, Alabama.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a local contract nurse RN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Med Surg / Telemetry and be able to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
  • Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated
  • Support facility CNO to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
  • Manage resources related to patient care
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of nursing
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with a minimum 1 year current experience in Med Surg / Telemetry
  • Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy
  • CPR-Basic Life Support – American Heart Association
