Job Title: Local Contract Nurse RN

Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a local contract nurse RN for the Emergency Department at a reputable hospital in Alabaster, Alabama.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. The role will also involve supervision of staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and supporting the facility CNO to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients
  • Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated
  • Support the facility CNO to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of nursing
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with a minimum 1 year current experience in their nursing specialty in an Acute Care hospital setting
  • CPR-Basic Life Support – American Heart Association
  • Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy
