Job Title: Local Contract Nurse RN

Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a local contract nurse RN for a Med-Surg position in Alabaster, Alabama.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a local contract nurse RN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Alabama.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Med-Surg nursing, with a focus on acute care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
