Job Title: Local Contract Nurse RN

Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a skilled local contract nurse RN Psychiatric to join our team in Alabaster, Alabama.

As a local contract nurse RN Psychiatric, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. You will also supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated. You will be accountable to support facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

At TRA, we offer a greater level of contract security compared to working with an outside agency. Our benefits include guaranteed hours for travel contracts, preferred booking agreement for local contracts, weekly pay, holiday pay, and contract security. We also require a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience with a minimum of one year current experience in their nursing specialty in an acute care hospital setting. You must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. We also require CPR-Basic Life Support – American Heart Association certification.
