Job Title: Quality Technician

Medmix is a global leader in high-precision delivery devices, and we're seeking a Quality Technician to join our team. As a Quality Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the implementation, management, and administration of our quality management system.
  • Ensure products are manufactured in accordance with quality and regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Participate in on-floor audits to ensure adherence to procedures and training effectiveness.
  • Conduct sampling, product testing, and visual inspection of components and/or finished goods.
  • Complete accurate, timely, and legible documentation of all inspection/testing data.
  • Participate in weekly production walk-throughs to ensure quality compliance.
  • Engage in Safety, Quality, Production, and Plant-related programs as required.
  • Participate in continuous improvement objectives to ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a regulated workplace preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent with education and experience.
  • Experience with injection molding processes, parameters, and troubleshooting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in personal computers, especially word processing software, spreadsheets, presentation, and database software.
  • Ability to learn quickly and maintain Quality Assurance metrics.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards or the ability to quickly learn and retain knowledge as required for system compliance.
