Key Responsibilities:
- Process Development: Innovate and enhance manufacturing processes for fabrication and sheet metal, ensuring maximum efficiency and product quality.
- Workflow Evaluation: Assess current workflows to pinpoint improvement opportunities aimed at minimizing waste, boosting productivity, and enhancing product quality.
- Technical Assistance: Offer technical guidance to the production team, resolving issues and executing solutions promptly.
- Project Leadership: Oversee and direct projects focused on process enhancements, new product launches, and equipment upgrades.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and uphold quality control standards and protocols to ensure adherence to industry benchmarks and client specifications.
