At Asset Living, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our community management team, the Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations, ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Management:
    • Coordinate and schedule maintenance requests and work orders to ensure timely completion and minimize disruptions to residents.
    • Inspect properties daily to identify and address any hazardous conditions or liability concerns.
    • Manage maintenance supplies inventory and maintain a well-organized and properly stocked maintenance shop.
    • Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to extend the life of our properties and minimize future repairs.
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
  • Personnel Management:
    • Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff to ensure effective and efficient maintenance operations.
    • Monitor work progress and provide guidance and support as needed.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to maintenance staff.
  • Customer and Resident Relations:
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Project a positive image of the community and ensure consistency in dealing with residents.

Requirements:

  • HVAC and CPO certification.
  • Experience in maintenance management and supervision.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
