Job Summary

The Client Services Professional will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, deepening client relationships, and attracting new clients. This role will involve assisting clients at the teller line and new accounts desk, as well as opening new accounts, selling additional products, and supporting sales efforts.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide accurate record-keeping of cash drawers and assist clients with requests such as deposits, withdrawals, and other first-level transactions.
  • Open new accounts, sell additional products, and support overall sales efforts of the bank.
  • Follow compliance and security guidelines to maintain client trust and confidentiality.
  • Complete sales activities to attract new clients and develop prospect lists.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide cross-selling and referrals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a teller.
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Ability to type and use a ten-key.
  • Fluency in Spanish a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and quickly.
  • Strong math aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours when requested and Saturdays.
