Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling restoration services to homeowners and businesses affected by fire, water, and other damage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and build relationships with existing clients.
  • Respond to residential and commercial losses, providing expert guidance and support to help customers recover.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, identifying key local targets and building a strong presence in the market.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of business-to-business outside sales experience, preferably in the insurance claims or restoration industry.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work after hours and be on-call as needed.
