The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for expediting registration functions, assisting with on-the-job training, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Inpatient Follow Up team and ensure the registration process is completed efficiently and effectively.
- Assist with on-the-job training and provide guidance to team members.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and registration processes.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree with two years of experience in healthcare, hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
