Job Title: Roofing Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roofing Superintendent to join our team at Northpoint Roofing Systems. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our roofing crews and ensuring that projects are completed safely and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of our roofing crews to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with our internal production team to determine project needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project activity, including progress reports, safety inspections, and quality control checks.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the roofing industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of roofing principles, practices, and materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel and work at heights, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
