Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Director to lead our Keeping Families Together program in Camden County, NJ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the program, ensuring timely delivery of services, and maintaining strong relationships with community providers.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work or an equivalent field and at least five years of managerial experience. You will also need at least ten years of experience working with vulnerable populations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise staff and provide regular individual and group supervision
  • Ensure the effective running of the program, including contract renewal and quality assurance drills
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with community providers and funders
  • Conduct regular quality assurance drills and client satisfaction surveys
