About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Member Support Manager to join our team in Boston, MA. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members, employees, and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and friendly support to members, employees, and their families via phone, email, and/or mail.
  • Create and share personalized support lists for members, employees, and families utilizing our directory of vetted, hyperlocal resources.
  • Ensure support team members are meeting agreed-upon performance standards, including Ambassador enrollments, call center answer rates and handle time, inquiry turnaround time, and other contracted client performance indicators.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and train support team members as needed.
  • Evaluate current support processes and tools to identify opportunities for optimization and recommend strategies to effectively scale operations as the business grows.
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience managing call center operations and entry-level employees, ideally in a lean, scrappy environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage employees both in-person and remotely.
  • Experience in and energy for updating and optimizing operations, processes, and tools to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Confidentiality and discretion, with integrity and adherence to SOCII, HIPAA, and Wellist guidelines in managing patient and employee information.
