Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Product Intake Specialist to join our team at Kiva Confections. This role involves managing incoming shipments, stocking retail floors, and maintaining inventory levels. If you have a background in inventory management, excellent communication skills, and physical stamina, we encourage you to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged.
  • Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price etc.).
  • Contact supplier or shipper if a mistake is identified.
  • Assume responsibility for returning unsatisfactory shipments or receiving replacements.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse inventory management through WMS software.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
Working Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with exposure to varied temperatures and physical demands. A forklift operator certification is preferred but not required.
