Key Responsibilities
  • Student Support: Provide individualized support to students through workshops, remediation sessions, group tutorials, and one-on-one meetings to enhance their learning experience.
  • Curriculum Integration: Ensure seamless integration of ATI tools and resources in all student meetings to improve remediation and concept understanding.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with faculty to identify course weaknesses and develop innovative initiatives to address them.
  • Student Success: Identify students at risk for persistence issues and develop action plans to address their needs.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data tracking platforms to identify students at risk and develop interventions to address identified challenges.
  • Evaluation and Assessment: Assess the effectiveness of course-specific persistence strategies and progress in meeting mutually established objectives with students.
  • Professional Development: Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain an understanding of current ideas, research, and practices in student learning and persistence.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Evaluate data such as proctored assessments, time in tutorial sessions, and pre/post tests on comprehensive predictors to inform advising and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in nursing, education, or administration required.
  • Experience: A minimum of two years as a Registered Nurse providing direct patient care or equivalent and/or education.
  • Licensure: Professional nurse licensure required.
