Job Overview

Water Grill Las Vegas is seeking a skilled Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Prep Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring recipe adherence, quality control, and overall sanitation in our fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include preparing necessary food items for meal periods, monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of assigned stations, and following supervisor's instructions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a support/prep cook role, a high school diploma, and a food handlers card.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • 1 year experience in a support/prep cook role
  • High school graduate
  • Food handlers Card
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate verbal and written English with Guests, management and co-workers

Essential Job Functions:

  • Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
  • Prepare necessary food items for meal period and next service
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned station and service areas
  • Prep food for scheduled meal period
  • Follow supervisor's instruction
