Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through sales and marketing efforts, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to secure new clients and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and revenue growth, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
