Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of social workers and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the program.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Provide training and guidance to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work from a fully accredited school of social work.
- Licensure or certification as a social worker at the advanced practice level.
- At least one year of experience in a residential treatment setting, preferably in a VA RRTP program.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
