Job Summary

The Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Mental Health Services department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential treatment program, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of social workers and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the program.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work from a fully accredited school of social work.
  • Licensure or certification as a social worker at the advanced practice level.
  • At least one year of experience in a residential treatment setting, preferably in a VA RRTP program.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
