About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our innovative Home and Community team for Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehab. As a key member of our team, you will provide functional rehabilitation services to individuals with complex neurological diagnoses in their natural home and community environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans to promote independence and functional capabilities.
  • Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans and communicate patient's needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, and family members.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes.
  • Communicate with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure a comprehensive understanding of treatment plans and progress.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from a college or university with an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist by state in which practicing.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • A minimum of one year's work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses.
  • Communicates effectively and professionally in verbal and written interactions.
