Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Alternative Services Inc - Northeast. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses in our residential group homes and community settings.

About the Role

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of mental health rehabilitation principles and practices. You will work collaboratively with our team to provide individualized support and care to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support and care to adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote client independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Participate in mandatory trainings and staff meetings to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Travel to various locations to provide support and services

Shifts Availability

We offer two shift options:

Option#1: Part Time - 3rd shift (Friday, Saturday 7p-7a) and Wednesday Mornings (9a-11a)

Option#2: Full time - Sun-Thurs (11p-7a) and Wednesday morning (9a-11a)

We provide PAID training and a supportive work environment.
