About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Sales Representative specializing in commercial HVAC systems. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling HVAC equipment, including large chillers, boilers, and air handlers, directly to building owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell HVAC equipment to commercial building owners, focusing on large chillers, boilers, and air handlers
  • Manage a provided book of business, aiming to sell between $1 million and $2 million annually
  • Consult with business owners on building automation to enhance energy efficiency and maximize capital investments
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the commercial HVAC industry
  • Proven track record in selling complex HVAC equipment (not residential or new construction)
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a history of closing significant deals
  • Experience in roles such as Service Account Manager, Special Projects Consultant, or Industrial Sales is preferred
  • Familiarity with building automation systems and selling to commercial building managers, general managers, or business owners

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary of $75,000 to $90,000, depending on experience
  • Uncapped commission structure with on-target earnings of $200,000 in the first year
