Key Responsibilities

  • Execute various administrative, bookkeeping, and accounting tasks as necessary.
  • Deliver outstanding service to all guests throughout their stay.
  • Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management and department heads.
  • Audit and reconcile all financial documentation, including room charges, cash drawer activities, credit card transactions, and final billing.
  • Manage housekeeping, security, and service requests, address guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and perform front desk duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous, though not mandatory.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer systems is essential; familiarity with accounting or reservation software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
  • A flexible schedule is necessary to accommodate overnight shifts.
