Requirements:
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front desk or concierge role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the local area, including restaurants, attractions, and activities, to provide guests with personalized recommendations.
