Job Overview

The Assistant General Manager is a key role at Riser Fitness, responsible for supporting the studio's General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. This includes managing staff, implementing sales processes, and problem-solving issues that may arise.

We are seeking an experienced sales professional with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience and be able to generate personal sales and train Sales Associates in transactions.

Responsibilities
  • Execute lead generation via Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
  • Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes.
  • Drive & increase membership & retail sales through customer service.
  • Problem-solve staffing/scheduling issues with instructors and other personnel.

Requirements
  • Excellent sales skills and 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
  • Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates in transactions.
  • Ability to assist in driving revenue streams: memberships & retail sales, private training bookings, and teacher training enrollments.
