About the Role

Analogic is seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing support in various areas, including compensation, benefits, and HRIS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with compensation matters, including annual merit cycles, promotional and new hire salary recommendations, and compensation market research.
  • Support annual benefits renewals, enhance benefits communications, and research benefits vendors.
  • Administer leaves of absence, ensure compliance with leave laws, and communicate leave processes to employees and managers.
  • Assist with preparing and submitting employment practice reports and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Provide support on HRIS reporting and metrics, and act as backup to the HRIS SME.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR Operations or similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge in compensation, benefits, and leave management, as well as experience with HRIS and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Understanding of HR laws and regulations, especially as it pertains to compensation and benefits.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, including effective interpersonal skills working across all levels of an organization.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work with and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information.
