Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to the Engineering and Operations department
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Provide guidance and support to employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 15 years of experience in engineering and operations management, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership position
  • Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license
Working Conditions

The employee may be required to stand, reach with hands and arms, stoop and kneel. The employee may be required to sit or stand for long periods of time. The employee may be required to lift, carry, push, pull or move up to 25 pounds. The employee may be required to travel.
