About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Serenity Healthcare, LLC. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in connecting communities with life-saving treatment options.

Responsibilities
  • Engage in delicate conversations with patients and their families to understand their needs and provide personalized support.
  • Act as a liaison between patients and their healthcare providers to facilitate communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Utilize computer-based information systems to record patient information, schedule appointments, and request medication refills.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a high-volume customer service industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as basic math skills.
  • Previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
