Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Serenity Healthcare, LLC. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in connecting communities with life-saving treatment options.
Responsibilities- Engage in delicate conversations with patients and their families to understand their needs and provide personalized support.
- Act as a liaison between patients and their healthcare providers to facilitate communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Utilize computer-based information systems to record patient information, schedule appointments, and request medication refills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a high-volume customer service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as basic math skills.
- Previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
At Serenity Healthcare, LLC, we offer a competitive compensation package, including above-market pay, insurance benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Our office is open from 6am-8pm, Monday through Friday, and 7am-7pm on Saturdays, with flexible shift options available.
