Customer Service Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Admin to join our team at ABCO Facility Maintenance. This role will be responsible for handling daily administrative duties, including reporting, data collection, and inter-departmental communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling daily administrative duties, such as submitting hourly reports and data collection/entry
- Typing quotes for our in-house and subcontractor teams
- Contacting customers for additional information
- Inter-departmental communication
- Helping departments where needed or requested
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills
- Good math skills
- Ability to handle pressure and deadlines
- Great communication skills
- At least 5 years of experience at one job with no job hopping
- 2-3 years of administrative experience
