About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Admin to join our team at ABCO Facility Maintenance. This role will be responsible for handling daily administrative duties, including reporting, data collection, and inter-departmental communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling daily administrative duties, such as submitting hourly reports and data collection/entry
  • Typing quotes for our in-house and subcontractor teams
  • Contacting customers for additional information
  • Inter-departmental communication
  • Helping departments where needed or requested

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Good math skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and deadlines
  • Great communication skills
  • At least 5 years of experience at one job with no job hopping
  • 2-3 years of administrative experience
