About the Role
This position will cover our Laurels of Huber Heights & Laurels of West Carrollton locations, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with hospitals, physician groups, community organizations, and insurers to drive admissions and revenue growth
- Manage the facility's census through effective sales and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless care transitions and high-quality patient outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to inform strategic decisions
