We are in search of an exceptional individual to fill the role of Housekeeping Team Supervisor/Trainer, responsible for training our staff, overseeing our facilities, and ensuring complete client satisfaction with our cleaning services.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a meticulous and organized professional to join our organization as a Housekeeping Team Supervisor/Trainer. In this role, you will oversee our cleaning operations, manage a team of housekeeping staff, and guarantee that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards. This position combines administrative duties, quality assurance, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Guide and manage a team of housekeeping personnel, including training and performance evaluations.
  • Effectively assign tasks and ensure that all team members comprehend their roles.
  • Encourage and support team members to uphold high levels of productivity and quality.

Quality Assurance:

  • Perform regular assessments of facilities to ensure that cleaning standards are consistently met or surpassed.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancement and provide constructive feedback to the cleaning staff.
  • Formulate and implement strategies to improve cleaning efficiency and effectiveness.

Training and Development:

  • Instruct new housekeeping staff on cleaning protocols, safety measures, and customer service expectations.
  • Offer continuous coaching and support to assist team members in enhancing their skills and performance.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and integrate them into training initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a cleaning or housekeeping capacity, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a leadership role.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining superior cleaning standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including email and scheduling software.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
  • Must possess reliable transportation.

Compensation:
$700.00 per week
