Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting routine inspections and maintenance of both the interior and exterior of the building
  • Repairing and maintaining plumbing and electrical systems, including the replacement of worn or faulty components
  • Executing preventative maintenance tasks and documenting all activities in the maintenance log and Property Preservation Calendar
  • Replacing damaged parts in machinery and equipment, such as hoses, wiring, and belts
  • Providing assistance to other departments as required
  • Overseeing the maintenance and servicing of pool and spa facilities, ensuring compliance with State and City regulations
  • Maintaining accurate records of key control changes
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs as necessary
