Job Title: Senior Maintenance TechnicianJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team at Chapman Management Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of our multi-family properties, ensuring that all facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect properties regularly to identify maintenance needs and develop schedules to address them.
  • Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities to ensure a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Manage all repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring that work is completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Maintain all inventory and equipment, ensuring proper storage and organization.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance work to prevent equipment failure and reduce downtime.
  • Conduct safety inspections as scheduled to ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in multi-family housing.
  • Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures, and maintenance.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
  • Great eye for detail and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related communication tools.
