Front Desk Representative

Job Summary

Full-time, $14/hr, Shifts will fluctuate between 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm, Weekend availability required.

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Registering guests
  • Making and modifying reservations
  • Hotel operator and concierge duties
  • Providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • College coursework in a related field helpful
  • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • Possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
  • Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
  • Maintain regular attendance and comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards
  • Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality policies, standards, and regulations
  • Handle requests for information, mail, and messages in an efficient and courteous manner
  • Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation
  • Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with fellow associates and other departments
