Job Summary

The Member Services Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our club members and staff, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet all members and guests with a smile and enthusiasm, consistently demonstrating the dials of member engagement.
  • Assist with membership, retail, and tanning product sales, promoting membership privileges and delivering on new member enrollment expectations.
  • Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures, resolving any member check-in issues.
  • Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner, communicating special events to members and guests.
  • Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager, maintaining a professional and courteous disposition.
  • Be an expert in all club facility, services, programs, and schedules/hours of operation, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Navigate all stations of the front desk area, including check-in, Relax and Recover, guest services, and membership sales.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills required.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
