Position Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services in a school setting. As a vital member of the educational team, you will contribute to fostering an inclusive and supportive atmosphere for students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Part-time position with flexible hours.
  • Onsite contract role.
  • Engage in the school year activities.
  • Develop and execute Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Collaborate effectively with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to enhance student learning experiences.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress.
  • Deliver speech therapy services.
  • Manage a caseload primarily consisting of elementary students.
  • Compensation: Hourly rate starting at $48, based on prior experience.
Qualifications:
  • Current SLP State License.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a school environment is advantageous.
Interview Process:
  • Initial 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter.
  • 20-30 minute virtual interview with the school district.
  • Offer typically extended within 24 hours following the virtual interview.
