Position Overview:

As the Catering Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to connect with clients through effective sales strategies to promote catering services, identify new business avenues, and strengthen existing client connections. You will be instrumental in managing event marketing, pricing strategies, planning, and coordination, both onsite and offsite, to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Duties:
  • Evaluate regional sales opportunities and generate new leads.
  • Engage at events, trade shows, and conferences to attract potential clients.
  • Conduct meetings and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
  • Customize presentations to effectively address client requirements.
  • Finalize sales and convert prospects into loyal clients.

  • Collaborate with management to achieve revenue goals.
  • Coordinate sales initiatives and ensure impeccable event execution.
  • Provide detailed reports on client needs and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:
Industry Experience:
  • Demonstrated sales experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with Business Relationship Management (BRM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong drive with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to deliver customized presentations and outstanding client service.
