The successful candidate will play a crucial role in educating patients on new healing technologies, including TMS and Ketamine, and helping them understand the benefits of these treatments.

About the Role:

  • Be an expert on TMS and Ketamine, with training and studies provided.
  • Take ownership of all patients on your provider's schedule.
  • Meet with patients one-on-one to connect them with treatment solutions tailored to their individual needs.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Two to three years of experience in a full-time customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as basic math abilities.
  • Proficiency in de-escalation techniques and the ability to connect with individuals.

Salary: $44,800 per year (based on 20 hours/week at $22/hour).
