About Us

Demonstrate your passion for delivering exceptional patient care and experience by joining Denver Health's dynamic team as a Patient Access Coordinator Lead. In this role, you will coordinate assigned employee duties, manage personnel resources, and ensure the efficient operation of our clinics.

Your Responsibilities

  • Under general supervision, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of assigned employees and allocate personnel resources effectively.
  • You will provide administrative support, register patients, schedule appointments, and handle cash transactions efficiently.
  • You will also train new hires, promote positive relationships with colleagues, physicians, patients, and visitors, and maintain accurate records.

What You Need to Succeed

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team to deliver high-quality results.
  • Bi-lingual skills are a plus
