As Emich Chevrolet's Client Experience Coordinator, you will play a critical role in shaping the client experience. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, answering inbound calls and text messages, and maintaining exceptional customer service.

- Scheduling appointments according to Emich Chevrolet's Shop capacity
- Managing sales and service forecasts, providing insights for executive decision-making
- Following up on leads in a timely manner
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Business Development Center as a Client Experience Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing sales and service forecasts, and following up on leads.
