Impact Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our client site in Lenexa, KS.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the sourcing and recruiting of facility associates to meet business needs.
- Field inbound communications, including answering phone calls and responding to general inquiries, and route to the appropriate internal parties as needed.
- Coordinate scheduling to set up meetings based on cross-functional availability for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize internal resources to maintain processes for keeping files and office supplies easily accessible.
- Liaise with visitors to ensure a positive experience for office guests.
- Communicate policies and procedures to employees, including alerting them to new processes, rules, and regulations.
- Proficiency with Time Keeping Systems and VMS, with experience preferred.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years prior recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
- 1+ years' experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or receptionist preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, high-energy attitude.
- Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set.
- Familiarity with office equipment, including printers, fax machines, and projectors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
