Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting guests with a smile, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephones to provide a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Manage wait times and communicate information to guests, team members, and managers to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and gift card sales.
  • Assist with merchandise inventory, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
