Job Summary

Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical and mental health needs and develop plans of care in collaboration with our clinical team.
  • Implement patient care plans, including administering medication and providing education to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with Psychiatrists, Therapists, Dietitians, and other members of our clinical team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Registered nurse licensed by State Board of Nursing in the state of employment.
  • American Health Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification or is required within thirty (30) days of date-of-hire.
  • Formal training in management of the aggressive patient is required within sixty (60) days of date-of-hire.
  • Previous psychiatric experience with children, adolescents, and adults is preferred.
