About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at ABA Centers of America. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and monitoring skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs for individuals with autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement behavior-analytic programs for individuals with autism
  • Conduct assessments to determine the need for behavioral intervention
  • Oversee the implementation of programs by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and caregivers
  • Supervise and train staff and caregivers on behavior-analytic techniques
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Monitor and analyze program data to inform treatment decisions
Requirements
  • BCBA certification
  • 2 years of experience in the ABA field (preferred)
  • Ability to maintain a clean background and driving record
  • Willingness to travel (75% or more)
