Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify and analyze behavior challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help individuals improve their behavior and achieve their goals
- Collaborate with staff and individuals to observe, identify, and document behavior challenges
- Train team members to reinforce implementation of behavioral plans
- Use creativity and training to explore ways to handle challenging problems in home settings, workplaces, and the community
- Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- LABA License required
- BCBA Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
