Position Overview:
We are looking for part-time Behavior Therapists to provide customized in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients with autism. The ideal candidates will collaborate closely with clients, execute behavior intervention plans, and track progress to ensure that goals are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with clients utilizing ABA methodologies developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Assist parents and caregivers in the application of behavior intervention strategies
- Gather and analyze data on client skills and behaviors
- Report progress to families and supervisory staff
- Complete mandatory training and certification within the first 90 days of employment

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent

- CPR certification is mandatory
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Experience in working with children diagnosed with autism
- Professional background in human services or educational settings
