Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients, providing emotional support and guidance.
- Implement delegated aspects of patient treatment plans, working closely with clinicians to ensure effective care.
- Participate in therapeutic groups and individual activities, maintaining a safe and structured environment for patients.
- Assist with patient transportation and maintain patient safety during off-site therapeutic settings.
- Document patient progress and treatment assignments in the Electronic Health Record.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- BLS certification and de-escalation training required within the conditional period.
- Wilderness First Aide certification required within 6 months for techs working in nature-based programs.
- One year of experience in an inpatient and/or outpatient psychiatric facility preferred.
