Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team at Mental Health Partners. As a key member of our Behavioral Health Home team, you will provide comprehensive assessments and care planning for clients enrolled in our health home program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of clients to identify their behavioral health needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Collaborate with care coordinators and other team members to ensure timely access to care and effective coordination of services.
  • Provide clinical oversight and guidance to team members as needed, ensuring high-quality care and medical necessity.
  • Triage crisis situations and identify high-risk clients, providing timely interventions to address their needs.
  • Assess and address barriers to treatment, activating team members to work towards reducing these barriers.

Requirements:

  • Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field, plus 1-2 years of internship experience and 3-7 years of prior experience in a clinical setting.
  • Licensed PhD or PsyD, LCSW, or LPC required.
  • Experience providing clinical assessments and brief interventions.
