About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team at aifleet. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing various HR processes, including payroll, benefits, and leave policy management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Management: Manage weekly payroll processing, including submission, resolving payment issues, auditing of recurring deductions and off-cycle payments, taxes, and reimbursements.
  • Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and leave of absences.
  • Employee Support: Provide timely response to all employee inquiries on a wide variety of topics, including payroll and benefits.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure all HR processes are aligned with local, state, and federal employment laws, ensuring each jurisdiction's compliance standards are met.
  • Recruitment Support: Support the recruitment efforts of individual contributor level roles, including sourcing and screening qualified candidates.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects that improve the overall quality of our employee experience and data management operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience processing / supporting payroll.
  • Proficiency in payroll and HRIS software.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll and benefits laws and regulations.
  • Passionate about supporting a diverse workforce through compassionate communication.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
