Position Overview:
As a Property Risk Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in conducting risk engineering evaluations to identify potential hazards that may lead to property damage and business disruptions. Your expertise will be essential in communicating your findings to site management and collaborating with Travelers' business partners.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform specialized Risk Assessment surveys at complex client locations to identify risk factors and recommend controls.
2. Document and present findings to Account Executives and clients.
3. Advise clients on strategies to mitigate risks and enhance safety measures.
4. Act as a technical resource for Risk Control Consultants and Underwriters.
5. Foster and maintain strong relationships with underwriting teams, brokers, and clients.
6. Conduct research on business operations and technical subjects as needed.
7. Stay informed about regulatory changes and emerging risk issues.
8. Serve as an Account Consultant for select National Property accounts.
9. Ensure timely communication with management and Risk Control teams.
10. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Property or Highly Protected Risk (HPR) is preferred.
- Strong technical and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Experience in technical training is advantageous.
- A degree in Fire Sciences or an engineering discipline is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in Property Loss Prevention or Risk Control is mandatory.
