Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Affinity Property Management. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our multi-family property, ensuring that it is well-maintained, profitable, and providing an excellent living experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of the property, ensuring that it is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage the property's budget, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Supervise and train a team of administrative and maintenance staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the property is well-maintained and profitable.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify areas for improvement and ensure that it is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the property is operated in a safe and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in multi-family property management.
  • 1+ years of experience in staff supervision.
  • Yardi Voyager and CRM experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Demonstrates teamwork, good hygiene, ethical behavior, and integrity, excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to multi-task, resolve conflicts, engage in cost/benefit analytical decision-making, and ambition for continuous professional development.
Work Environment

The Property Manager will work in an office environment approximately 80% of the time, using a computer and phone. The remaining 20% of the time will be spent inspecting property grounds, including apartments, building structure, landscaping, and signage, which may require the ability to climb stairs, ladders, and maneuver walkways. The Property Manager will also be required to carry or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
